What Do I Have To Do?
Simply provide us with leads for properties. While you're driving to work, walking the neighborhood, or running errands, keep your eyes open for signs. Send us a list of houses that are For Sale By Owner (FSBO), For Rent By Owner (FRBO) or vacant. It's that easy!

We like UGLY houses or Real Estate in any distressed situation. We will speak to every motivated property owner in any situation and try to do our best to complete a transaction that will benefit everyone including yourself who gets paid upon closing. 

Submit our simple CASH FOR LEADS REFFERAL FORM by fax, e-mail, or mail. After sending someone to drive by the house and reviewing our Leads Database for duplicates, we will fax or e-mail you a Cash Reward Confirmation indicating the number of qualified leads received and listed in our Leads Database with your name assigned. If you have access to a digital camera, please take some pics of the property and e-mail them to us. It would be a great help to us. We will take it all from there.

Checks will be mailed (to the address you provided) shortly after we close on a house. Sometimes you may even receive a surprise check many months after submitting your leads. Once a lead is assigned to your name, it stays in our database until we buy the house or someone else does. Please note, once payouts exceed $600 per calendar year, we will issue a 1099 IRS Form as required by law.
